As a Product Delivery Manager in HR & Employee Experience Product Agility Office, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Working closely with the organizational design and Product Architecture Lead, you will help drive various product operating model transformational initiatives across our human resources and employee experience functions to improve overall effectiveness. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our organizational design and Product Architecture function and drive impactful change.
