PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
Manage major, strategic projects for BU/function. Ensure the efficient and high-performance operational implementation of BU/function's projects via project management on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis.
Drive day to day business in the respective business unit, provide ad hoc support on operational topics and work on business unit specific projects leading to successful key milestone meetings. Run an efficient head office and ensure a smooth communication flow between product creation team and x-functional partners such as CTC, Brand Coms, Design, and country organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pro-actively manage the development of key, strategic business projects, to ensure company and brand objectives are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, critical seasonal timelines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication, optimisation of processes, on-time deliveries to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure BU/function's processes and annual timings are aligned and harmonized, ensuring holistic process.
- Establish, communicate, and champion project methodologies.
- Write briefs, project timings, and project plans.
- Manage overall project workload and maintain project list.
- Organize resources and manage communication and interaction.
- Support teams in all operational issues.
- Ensure regular communication about business area and news in the organisation.
- Champion and support the fulfilment of strategies.

- IT skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint: advanced, Smartsheet, Project management tool a plus
- Language: English: fluent, Another European language advantageous
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree with equivalent work experience (ideally with a focus on Strategy, Sports, Analytics, Marketing and/or Computer Science)
- At least 8 years work experience in related area (agency or company)
