The Boeing Company is looking for a Flight Controls Control Laws and Auto flight Engineer ( Associate, Mid-level and Senior) to join the team in Everett, WA - USA. The BCA Control Laws team is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as control law engineers, supporting various programs including 777-X, 737MAX, 787, Autonomy, and other development programs. The position offers exposure to a great variety of core GNC/Flight Controls tasks and experiences, including interactions of the control systems with the dynamics of the vehicle to assess factors such as robustness and margins, control structure interaction, performance evaluation, handling qualities, and loads in order to validate or assess the system design. The work also includes assisting in demonstrating compliance to applicable regulations and specifications by executing tests, performing analysis or simulation and design reviews in order to deliver a compliant product that achieves airworthiness certification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Mid- Level (Level-3) Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Senior (Level-4) Bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' experience in an engineering classification.
