The role will be responsible to partner in developing best-in-class recruitment strategies and seamlessly executing them for the respect lines of businesses. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Responsible for technology recruiting strategy and delivery for the respective line of business • Partner with Business Head and Hiring Managers to manage short-term & long-term headcount needs • Manage the entire recruitment process from attracting talent to onboarding, tracking and reporting • Actively build our talent brand through various channels like Social Media • Responsible for recruitment metrics like Time To Fill, Source Mix etc. while leveraging the Applicant Tracking System • Use effective sourcing mix maximizing various channels to bring best talent to the organization • Responsible for the entire gamut of hiring including Campus, Volume Hiring, Niche Hiring, Diversity & Inclusion, Market intelligence & insights • Responsible for internal hiring via Internal Job Market • Champion an efficient, effective, and inclusive hiring process with heightened candidate experience • Drive process improvements & ideas that drive business impact MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
