We are looking for an experienced Sr. DBA to join our expanding Enterprise Technical Services team who is highly motivated, team oriented, and committed to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality products and services. As part of the Platform Engineering team, the Senior DBA is responsible for building and delivering optimized, stable, and secure Database Platforms at Weyerhaeuser. This role will require operational Database duties along with the ability to innovate and create modern solutions for legacy processes and platforms. This role has the ability to be a fully remote work-from-home position, provided you are currently based (or are planning to move to) one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington. This role is not open to those who live in other states or countries. Primary Responsibilities:

Compensation This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $104,310 - $156,464 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. Retirement Employees may enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacation We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
