Job responsibilities: Review financial statement documents and process transactions as per SLA Interpret and understand financial documents pertaining to underwriting and monitoring and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled Required qualifications, skills, capabilities: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred; Fresh grads welcome to apply 1 - 2 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations Candidate should be open to work in shift Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process Good understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivable reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documents Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment Attention to detail and problem solving skills Client relationship and time management High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issues management, Microsoft office About us JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
