Are you passionate about challenges, teamwork, learning, and achieving goals? Join our Support team and play a vital role in supporting Training & Certification. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer, partner, and employee inquiries related to training and certification. We're seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our fast-paced, innovative environment at Salesforce. Gain valuable experience interacting with clients across industries and regions while receiving ample tools, resources, and leadership for career advancement!

In this role you will:
  • Triage incoming cases and assign to the appropriate queue
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and research customer issues, leveraging internal resources and SMEs as necessary
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers on issues related to Training and Certification with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Effectively address and resolve cases according to SLAs/SLOs
  • Prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Provide peer mentorship to team members through a Swarming framework
  • Contribute to enhancing and streamlining support processes and knowledge articles
  • Assist in identifying trends in problems or customer questions, so we can proactively address before they might escalate


Role Requirements
  • 1-2 years of support experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and apply skills
  • Proven analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)


Preferred Requirements
  • Experience providing Support in English
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM and its technologies
  • Experience supporting training or certification programs
