As an Associate Sourcing Manager - Sustainable Product Engineering you will play a significant role in driving our company's commitment to sustainability by optimizing material usage in our products with design for manufacturing (DFM) techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. You will be supporting the development of internal best practices with our Product Design teams and will be communicating with suppliers to implement proposed efficiencies. Your knowledge and dedication will be essential in supporting our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our products through responsible sourcing and design engineering practices. This position is only available on-site in Kissimmee, Florida and will be in-office 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, with flexibility on Fridays.
