Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality. We seek creative talents who are well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and have a deep understanding of the hospitality concept.

We are currently looking for a Lifeguard who is responsible for the guest service, cleanliness, and overall safety of the Indoor Pool at the Spa and provides members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Certified Lifeguard with CPR training and needed requirements.
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • At least 1 year experience in an upscale hotel or resort.
  • The ability to lift up to 60kg (human body in water).
  • The ability to stand and walk in hot weather conditions for up to 10 hours.


Essential Functions:

1. To offer guests of the outlet an enjoyable experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

2. To ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.

3. To recognize and address potential disruptive or undesirable guests.

4. Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

5. Report any accident or guest complaint immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.

6. Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the pool deck.

7. Monitor safety and to regulate pool rules.

8. Handle lifeguard duties, which includes governmental regulations for that requirement.

9. Clean service area when needed.

10. Attend all the training subjects to the service staff and follow all rules and policies of the hotel.
