What will you do?

Within the North Region Marketing Team (United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands), you will work actively and closely with your marketing team that are working on CRM, Paid Acquisition, Brand and B2B Marketing, as well as other departments such as the local Sales Teams and Central Marketing Teams.

As Head of Marketing for Region North your key role will be to propose and execute the relevant Marketing Plan to reach and overachieve the region objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for B2C & B2B Marketing plan and budget for Region North
  • Coordinate and manage the local team (5 FTE) of PR, Brand, Performance, CRM, Strategic Marketing and B2B Marketing, and be in constant contact with the central teams.
  • Constant Analysis & evaluation of our brand value proposition in the market
  • Optimize and enrich existing monitoring tools to evaluate performances, analyze results and propose action plans for continuous improvement
  • Know and use central (SEM/ FB/ App Marketing / Affiliation) & local (Partnerships) performance marketing levers to boost bookings and new customer acquisition
  • Collaboration with CRM teams to build relevant contact plan for different customer segments.
  • Work closely with SEO & Product central teams to maximize our positioning in SERPs and App stores.
  • Track & increase customer satisfaction (NPS, SSC feedbacks, ..)
  • Lead partnership agreements strategies and close big deals with most relevant brands.
  • Promotion of our Brand locally in accordance to guidelines defined by central team, using 360 approach media channels, balancing media buying, social media and brand content.
  • Coordinate with PR to agree on main messages to convey, to build social / community strategy and determine which local or national gastronomic events our brand needs to be associated with.


Skills

  • Analytical skills and capabilities to model and understand data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organized and structured way of working.
  • Enjoys teamwork.
  • High level of leadership, personal drive, self-motivated and passionate
  • Education in Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant area.
  • Have 5 years' experience in Marketing (focusing on digital and offline) with at least 2-5 years' experience in people management
  • Knowledge of 360º media
  • Experience in leading and managing agencies
  • Interest in the food industry is a real plus.
