The Boeing Company is looking for a Liaison Engineering Manager(Level K) to provide emerging design change support at our Fabrication Production site at Auburn (or Frederickson) in Puget Sound area, WA. As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of MRB Engineers, facilitate communication with other Engineering leaders, Program leaders, Supply Chain Engineering peers, and others as necessary to derive an Engineering determination to disclosures. This will involve priority determination and coordination with program leaders. You will also provide higher Material Review Board (MRB) functions and oversight and interface with Operations, Quality, Engineering, airline representatives, regulatory agencies and suppliers/partners to resolve issues impacting airplane build, test and delivery. You will staff and direct a technical team in establishing group goals, manage budgets and monitor group performance against program and functional commitments and developing technical employees within the group. Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
