Job Duties Responsible for the service of snacks and drinks to guests inside the theatre. Maintains cleanliness and order of the concession stand and back area. Responsible for maintenance and distribution of the IMAX 3-D glasses. Records sales, receives payments, and maintains proper level of stock. Follows local and state health regulations, and maintains general cleanliness. Promotes a high level of guest relations. Understands the major aspects of the IMAX projection system and the IMAX story in order to answer guests' questions, and refers difficult questions to management. Follows emergency procedures and assists guests in emergency situations. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to speak clearly. Required to perform the customer service standards of the department. Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
