Job Description Weyerhaeuser Company is searching for an experienced Sr. Human Resource Business Partner to support a unionized manufacturing site located in Plymouth, NC. This position will report to the Senior HR Business Manager, Mid-South, with a strong dotted line to the Plymouth Mill Manager. The Sr. HRBP will provide onsite human resource support to the Mill. In this role, the Sr. HRBP will be tasked with building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and managing a variety of moderately complex HR tasks, both specific to the Mill and companywide initiatives. The Sr. HRBP will be consulted on a variety of topics ranging from compensation reviews to work system design to employee relations, and everything in between. Additionally, they will be a strategic partner to Mill leaders and sit on the Mill Leadership team. Key Functions:

Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $95,000 to $142,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Retirement : Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
