Grand Hyatt DFW is conveniently located at Terminal D at the DFW Airport with 298 guestrooms and 19,000 square feet of event space. The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, for agents, staffing needs, and guest services while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and preferences. Top priority and responsibilities include guest relations, training, staff development and scheduling. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an upscale hotel that consistently excels in delivering an exceptional guest experience.



Qualifications:

  • 2+ years prior hotel supervisory experience
  • Hotel/Hospitality Degree is an asset
  • Previous Front Office Experience is preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Refined written and verbal communication skills
  • Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays
  • Preference will be shown to candidates who possess the following strengths:
    • high energy,
    • entrepreneurial spirit,
    • motivational leader,
    • effective communicator,
    • effective in providing exceptional customer service
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
