As a Communication Director, you will specifically lead strategic communications for Corporate Responsibility's careers and skills portfolio as well as the firm's Second Chance initiative, which spans the firm's philanthropic, human resources and policy teams. The portfolio demands significant stakeholder management expertise both within a large institution and with external business and social impact coalition partners. You will report to the Executive Director and Head of Communications for Philanthropy, Policy, and Insights for Corporate Responsibility. You will also contribute to strategic communications planning and execution across additional new thought leadership priorities and opportunities. You should have extensive experience working in a fast-paced public affairs environment and have strong execution capabilities, as well as a proven track record in building and running communications campaigns. This person must be a self-starter with a track record of leading successful public affairs campaigns and managing complicated projects and complex stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
