Overview Sugarloaf is looking for an experienced cook to join our team this summer at our signature 45 North Restaurant location as our Sous Chef. The role of a Sous Chef is to prepare food ensuring quality taste and presentation; to guide our kitchen team in the preparation of food items and execution of food items; and to help our Head Chef maintain a clean and organized kitchen. This position will primarily work mornings/evenings in the restaurant as this location is only open for breakfast and dinner and will assist with events as needed.
This position has the potential to become a full-time, year-round role for the right fit and could be eligible for benefits, seasonal bonus pay, and many other great job perks.
