Financial Analyst

The Position

iD Tech is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide financial planning, analysis, and insights that allows our leaders to run the business effectively. You’ll work across teams and with key stakeholders to ensure financial health and efficiency. The Responsibilities

• Build processes and systems that will scale with iD Tech’s growth
• Create and track metrics to improve business processes using data
• Project and maintain all monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts used for business-wide budgeting purposes
• Track and analyze variances from budget and make actionable recommendations to senior management
• Partner with Operations and Marketing departments to analyze financial and non financial data and make better business decisions
• Advise leadership on trends and financial performance
• Analyze revenue and its key drivers
• Provide data and insights on spend in order to control costs
• Independently analyze various aspects of budgeting including top-down, bottoms-up and zero-based budgeting
• Build and analyze P&Ls by product line
• Provide budget forecasts vs actual and analyze variances
• Perform CAC analysis
• Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements; provide input to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred
• 3+ years experience in a similar finance role preferred
• Ability to partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Experience with Netsuite or related ERP
• Advanced knowledge of Excel AND Google Sheets is critical 
• Personal fascination with numbers and data
• Experience with budgeting processes
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to complete projects with no oversight
• Must possess iD core qualities - creativity, willingness to help, positive demeanor, commitment to achieving excellence. 
• Tableau experience is a plus
