You will be responsible for
  • Steering qualitative and quantitative target achievement of BMW and MINI Dealers and Authorised Repairers in Hungary,
  • Representing and proactively managing end customer and dealer expectations and escalations within the Aftersales organization of BMW Group Hungary,
  • Taking part in developing and implementing BMW Group Hungary Spare Parts, Accessories and Services strategies and concepts and digitalisation,
  • Driving customer satisfaction and loyalisation in parallel with retail and wholesale profitability via implementation and maintenance of defined processes and control of the business,
  • Coaching, supporting and following up dealers to achieve their individual targets,
  • Adapting aftersales business strategies and planning to rapidly changing market conditions.


Qualifications and experience
  • College or university degree,
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions preferably within automotive aftersales,
  • Thorough understanding of car repair, spare parts and cars wholesale and retail business, warranty and goodwill, used car market etc.,
  • Highly structured and organised personality with a holistic view and readiness to go into details (granular work approach),
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and in English,
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel,
  • Customer focused positive, assertive, and open but determined personality with result orientation and sales attitude.
