As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Payments Technology team, you will be a key player in an agile team, tasked with designing and delivering secure, stable, and scalable market-leading technology products. Your role involves implementing critical technology solutions across a variety of technical areas and business functions, all in support of the firm's business objectives. You work on the delivery of JPMC's response to the rapidly growing vehicle electronic payments industry, enabling online purchasing of cars, in vehicle payments, and subscription services for maintenance. You will be responsible for bringing a newly acquired company's technology into JPMC to create a digital product that bring this new revenue stream to life for a growing book of clients. To deliver the product you will partner with the acquired company's technology team and a range of internal stakeholders on a daily basis, deploying this new software into physical and cloud compute platforms, and integrating it with systems across the JPMC ecosystem. This product sits in JPMC Payments Technology which processes trillions of dollars a day and settles some of the most critical global financial transactions. Within Payments Technology you will join the Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) and Business to Consumer (B2C) Marketplaces Technology Team which is a thought leader in innovative banking solutions that accelerate financial digitization growth of small businesses, marketplaces and gig economies. About the Payments Innovation Lab in Athens We recently announced plans for a new office in Athens, Greece, to support our organic growth in the country and to bolster the innovation efforts of our Payments business globally. J.P. Morgan first opened its doors in Greece more than five decades ago, and today we provide products and services from across our Investment Banking, Payments and Asset & Wealth Management businesses to a number of local and multinational Greek clients.
