As a Reference Data Specialist in the Market Operations team, you will be responsible for back office processing market products including FX, Derivatives and Fixed Income to support business. The current opening positing is document and reference data management and control for markets Operations. Also Involve daily processing and the different projects. This is a Veteran hire and fixed term contract of 1 year.

Job responsibilities

  • Document management including indexing
  • Reference data maintenance
  • Implementation of maintenance, storage, retention, retrieval and destruction of records and documents
  • Comprehend Markets products and process
  • General understanding of and execute internal Documentation Management Procedural guidelines, Records Management Policies/participate in projects
  • Prepare MIS as required by senior management
  • Identify and communicate business partner requirements and escalate outstanding issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in projects
  • Original copy of Certificate of Employment Assistance Eligibility [보훈 취업지원대상자 증명서]


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • University graduates (Bachelor)
  • English/Korean communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Basic Financial Knowledge


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Business Administration or Accounting major
  • Fluency in both Korea and English
