What role you will play in our team Quality Management System Analyst - System analyst who is able to support 3rd party applications and infrastructure. Include the location(s) of the job (city & state); if city & state is undetermined, listing the geographic area is acceptable Curitiba - Paraná - Brazil What you will do List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position: Support vendor applications on infrastructure point of view to start. Be able to communicate in English with other IT technical areas Be able to lead and implement activities prioritized in the Agile ceremonies Installation, configuration, testing Documentation Problem solving and attention to details Self-motivated, independent and adaptable to changing project requirements Abot you Skills and Qualifications - Infrastructure onprem (Server and networking) - Regular Windows Server knowledge for setup and troubleshooting - ACL (AD and Local Server) - Good understanding of TPC/IP enough for basic troubleshooting - Create necessary support documentation. - Organization, communication, work under pressure. - Fluent English Preferred Qualifications/ Experience - Automation skills (PowerShell). - Cloud (Azure + AWS) - DEVOPS and or application development skills are welcome around cloud, basic structure and automation.
