JOB DESCRIPTION The Fox News Media Account Management team is looking for an Account Coordinator within the Client Service Organization. The Account Coordinator function facilitates proposal development, campaign execution, and client communication for linear campaigns. This role will support an Account Executive and Account Manager on our NY Team. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain projects for multiple teams across the organization as assigned Support teams as needed by assisting with media plans and reporting Communicate across multiple departments within the organization to facilitate proposal creation and campaign execution Command basic understanding of products and offerings to help provide them to clients as opportunities for purchase Support the campaigns to which they are assigned, ensuring campaign accuracy and full service from the pitch to the payment Work with dedicated ad operations staff to track and analyze performance data to share with clients Assist in the communication between the Company and existing clients as needed Maintain communication about client needs and requests to internal teams to help prioritize the most requested opportunities WHAT YOU WILL NEED 0-2 years of experience, preferably operating in a client-facing role Passionate about advertising and client services A keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflow Experience with Excel and PowerPoint ABOUT YOU Proactively look for opportunities to help and improve the team Ability to manage the needs of many different stakeholders and adhere to timelines Direct and frequent communicator Independent and driven, a self-motivated team player who wants to win Organized and precise True team player Proactively identifies client needs and is unafraid to dive in, personally, and make sure it happens Ability to balance the demands of a client with the demands of accuracy and workflow of department A knack for numbers and an eye for materials that can win millions of dollars worth of business Ability to collaborate with many different personalities Ability to manage and adapt to multiple database systems Able to maintain composure under pressure and to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing objectives and priorities NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or commensurate experience #LI-DNI #EntryLevel #EarlyCareer We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $23.56-26.45 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
