An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Poland as a Senior Manager (L) Software Development based in Gdansk, Poland for the Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) organization. Position overview: We are a product led analytics group within BDS transforming the way business is run using artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI&ML). We are a dynamic team of data scientists, data engineers, and software developers solving many challenges and puzzles of our rapidly evolving technical stack. We're seeking a senior manager - software development who is ready to lead a team of full stack software developers and data engineers working with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking group that's always pushing boundaries. This person will have complete, end-to-end ownership of one or more software products. The ideal candidate has experience leading a software development team with direct reports, has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The senior manager will join a small team that uses new technologies, tools, and capabilities to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering great products for our users.
