The Aftersales Area Manager (AAM) is responsible for providing Aftersales business management expertise to BMW centers on service, parts, accessories and warranty in the assigned territory. You will interact with Dealer Principals, Service Managers, Parts Managers, Service Advisors, Parts Managers, Technicians, and Shop Foreman among other dealer staff to promote and inform on BMW programs/initiatives, drive growth in business, achieve customer orientation goals, parts sales objectives, and address customer relations issues. The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
