The Opportunity Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Ocotillo Grill Pool and Restaurant, located at the Residence Club. Our Supervisor acts as a leader for our Pool Attendants/Servers, ensuring guests satisfaction in the Ocotillo Grill Restaurant and Pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing food and beverage service in a professional and friendly manner. This position oversees both Ocotillo Grill, the poolside restaurant and pool area alongside the Ocotillo Grill Manager. Hours of operation are from 6:30am-Sunset with the kitchen open from 11am-4pm. Job duties include but are not limited to: Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service Acting as the Manager on Duty on the Manager's days off Handling guest concerns with the utmost professionalism Assisting in planning special events and promotions Assisting in the coaching of pool attendants and servers to provide the best guest experience possible Schedule & Hours: Average 44hours a week, 5 days, 8-10 hour shifts Shifts begins 6:30am, 8am, 10am, or 11am depending on season Operation closes at sunset each day Who We Look For: Ideal candidate will have: 1-3 years food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort, preferably in a supervisory role Ability to walk upto 10 hours per day in a desert climate Day shifts required and flexibility to work any day of the week, including overtime during summer operation, weekends and holidays Attention to detail and positive attitude Valid Maricopa County Food Handler's Card ServeSafe certification is a plus Some Benefits Four Seasons Employees Enjoy Include: Exclusive discount and travel programs with Four Seasons Competitive wages and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and Retirement Plan) Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Complimentary Employee Meals Energizing Employee Culture where you are encouraged to be your true self!
