We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner who will contribute to defining and implementing a Human Resource strategy which aligns and integrates with the business's strategy and objectives! This role will support a client group within the Disney Cruise Line operation and partner closely with the HRBP team and various HR partners. The regional HRBP is responsible for planning and executing various HR programs and initiatives for the client groups of Consumer Products (Licensing, Retail, Games and Publishing), and more. through collaboration with both local and regional HR team members and other stakeholders. As a trusted business partner to our business leaders, this individual is expected to demonstrate his/her in depth expertise in variety of HR topics including talent and organization development, employee relations, change management and DE&I.
