As a Manager NPS Data Foundations & Analytics (Digital Experience NPS) at adidas you deliver cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, by supporting your direct peers in the delivery of digital projects in time and quality. Planning, executing and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you will be also focusing on monitoring data quality and process automation to make sure NPS data flow is constant and error free. Depending on your profile you might also make use of the data you monitor to generate insights that help adidas better understand the consumer, expand reach, increase customer engagement and advocacy, and ultimately drive sales.
