How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Supervisor, DCVI (Disney Character Voices International) & Content Localization is responsible for the production (creative, technical, and financial aspects) of the Brazilian Portuguese dubbed audios, aimed for low profile contents. These dubbed contents are intended mostly for streaming or linear distribution, as well as promotional purposes. Also the position will provide support to senior DCVI Brazil staff in the dubbing of theatrical contents.

The Supervisor, DCVI (Disney Character Voices International) & Content Localization will be responsible for:
  • Supervise the production process of language specific dubbed audios, assuring their timely delivery, and meeting the highest quality requirements.
  • Provide creative guidance to the dub studios for a successful execution of work orders related to low-profile titles and franchises.
  • Provide creative customer-service to internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Trailering, Programming or Standard & Practices teams.
  • Provide administrative support to creative-specific processes, such as (but not limited to): dub studio assignment, creative tool management, creative database maintenance, etc.

What we need from you to be part of this story:
  • Experience in Audiovisual production, dubbed content production.
  • Preferred Industries: Entertainment production industries, particularly theatrical, television or streaming contents.
  • Required leadership experience: vendor management, internal customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Audio/Visual Production or similar.
  • Technical / specific expertise: Proo Tools (Basic), MS Office (intermediate).
  • English: Advanced. Spanish: intermediate.
  • Self-organized, result driven, team working, resilience, adaptive capability, inter-disciplinary adaptability.
  • Audiovisual production knowledge, audio engineering knowledge, creative process knowledge, project management.
