Job Summary: Job Summary As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering you will be responsible for leading the delivery of cloud technology solutions that will be deployed across the Identity Engineering organisation. You will be empowered to set technical and architectural direction, and to influence the roadmap and structure of your fleets - working in partnership with your peers across Product, Project Management and Engineering. You will also be responsible for helping your leaders organise in a way that allows them to deliver against the Identity Engineering organisation's roadmap most effectively. You will lead and be part of an engaging, dynamic, and inclusive engineering organisation, grounded in scrum and agile practices, with strong collaboration between squads, and motivated by a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. You will also help cultivate a culture that is focussed on ensuring that guests, consumers, and internal stakeholders have a fantastic experience when interacting with our squads. Identity Engineering delivers Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities across The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) including but not limited to: D+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Parks. Identity Engineering squads build and run high-traffic and globally replicated systems which form an integral and visible part of every consumer's journey at Disney properties.
