Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst position is supporting the daily operation and project implementation of the team on internal systems. They are responsible to handle routine activities within the team and ensure the system stability in order to pave the way for system enhancement. Job Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 end-to end system support including upgrade and maintenance Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials and provide training to the team and business partners Participate in system implementation and enhancement Implement and support Company and Corporate system controls and ensure systems meet compliance standard and policies Monitoring system and fine tune system performance to meet service level agreed with line of business Participate in new project planning by helping with requirement gathering and creation of business cases.
