What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the execution of the global/regional brands innovation agenda in the OU: product and strategic platforms (e.g. refpet, aseptic PET, personalization...)
  • Design the innovation strategy and pipeline for OU local /regional brands, in close partnership with category teams and R&D
  • Maximize the opportunity for formulas harmonization and implement it in the market
  • Accountable for identifying critical issues, trends and opportunities in the OU to influence global pipeline, feed pipeline for local brands and to support the development of critical capabilities in the OU.
  • The role communicates internally across OU Mkt leadership and the global category teams
  • Works hand in hand with R&D and cross-functional leaders/teams (including Key Bottlers and JVs)


Qualification & Requirements
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • 12-14 years of experience including Category Marketing leadership, Innovation strategy & execution and High-Complex project management (from design to business case to implementation)
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
  • Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred
  • Ability to drive innovation agenda forward influencing through art (consumer/shopper insights, needs) and science (business cases, efficiencies, ...)
  • Passion, curious and ability to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside.
  • Ability to lead very complex projects (multi-functional, multi-country, ...) and influence critical external stakeholders (bottlers leadership, JVs, KKAA)
