Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support leaders on the Scripted team for ONYX Collective , including the SVP. Responsibilities include executive scheduling, travel & expense reports, meeting setup, event planning, and other administrative support as needed. The position requires a professional communication style, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests to meet tight deadlines. This position requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professional etiquette to represent and interface with senior executives inside and outside the Company. Seeking poised self-starters who can anticipate needs, offer creativity to initiate enhancements, drive work products, showcase follow-through, and be a collaborative team player. Responsibilities:

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
