You will join a professional and outstanding team that offers great platform to sharpen your skillsets.

As a Client Service Analyst within Futures & Options Operations team, you will be responsible for being a key contact within Operations, and closely work with front office, client onboarding, tech.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist front office & client onboarding officer for reviewing account opening documents.
  • Assist in operational set-up for account readiness.
  • Manage operational relationships with clients, including query management, break resolution.
  • Information sharing with clients around Exchange and product specific questions.
  • Conduct operational service reviews.
  • Support trade/ position/ fee / margin /expiry/ physical delivery/ reporting related client queries.
  • Support client's trade limit / position limit set-up and maintenance in system.
  • Partner with front office and operations for client account maintenance.
  • Raise and coordinate system issues with technology team to resolution.
  • Partner with technology to customize reports to meet client's requirements.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • University graduate with relevant finance industry experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to partner with internal stakeholders, influencing and negotiating effectively with client and other stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Futures qualification certificate strongly preferred.
