As a Production Executive you will be responsible for allocation of inputs to vendors, generation and checking of title and copyright pages and covers, creation of purchase orders, paper and card orders, processing of invoices for projects, and most importantly reprinting of corrections, data maintenance, getting corrections done at the printing stage, checking of advance copies, visiting warehouses, and printing vendors for quality checks. Your contribution to the team includes: To provide input to vendor for press copies, cover files, and correction pages Responsible for order placement of paper and cards to paper dealers, seek in paper price quote from various paper dealers along with it maintain paper samples of different brands Manage non-inventory purchase order creation in IP1 and dispatch them in PDF form to vendors Verify and forward invoices to inventory and finance department, and ensure to resolve queries on invoices and follow-ups on invoices Update production status reports, in press and available on daily basis Follow up of stock and quotation from vendors and ensure continue follow to get the stock on time and seek quotation We are looking for someone with: A Graduate having bachelor's degree in any stream Good communication skills in English, verbal and written Prior experience of minimum 2 years working in a Publishing or Printing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why work with us?
