IT Support Engineer - Senior

Summary

The Senior IT Support Run Engineer communicates with markets, monitors day activities such as order processing, and defines and executes backup activities. Control computer and electronic data processing equipment according to standardized operating instructions. Respond to user requests and troubleshoot issues.

In this role, you will

• Setting up computers and other hardware devices. 
• Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations. 
• Starting operations by entering computer commands. 
• Monitoring error and stoppage messages. 
• Correct errors, load paper, and adjust equipment settings.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and software errors.
• Responding to user requests and problems.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Ensuring the security of the company’s computer systems. Must be able to operate two other ERP systems. 

What you bring to RNDC

• Three years of industry and technical experience
• College degree preferred
