Houseman

Lovely family is seeking a professional live-in Houseman/Butler to travel with the principals. Will work in the Hamptons during the summer/early Fall, Palm Beach during the winter and Alpine, NJ in the off seasons.

Responsibilities include make sure the home is running smoothly and systems are operating properly, oversee housekeeping and able to assist when needed, make breakfast, serve meals, drive the principals, run errands, coordinate with the property manager and be the on-site point person for vendors, and possible pet care for two dogs.

Must have strong knowledge of home systems and able to live-in seven nights (no family and pets) to secure the property at night. Private accommodations and car are provided. Must speak excellent English, be tech savvy and have a valid driver’s license. 5 day work week, about 44 hours per week, with two consecutive days off. $120k salary DOE, PTO and possible health insurance. Candidates local to NJ are preferred.
