Housekeeper

Lovely family of five in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a hands-on, live-out Housekeeper to maintain their home and be a leader to two other housekeepers.

Must be proactive, able to identify what needs to get done, and ensure that the home is being properly cared for and cleaned. Tasks include oversee staff, cleaning, taking inventory, running errands, occasional cooking and light pet care for one dog. Must be comfortable wearing scrubs as a uniform (provided) and possibly staying overnight if the family goes out of town to watch the house.

Must speak fluent English. Spanish is a plus but not required. Will also have to take turns with other staff and travel with the family.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 12-8pm with flexibility to work a different schedule and weekends for family parities. $28-$30 an hour plus overtime at 1.5x, 14 vacation days, 5 sick/personal days, double pay if working a major holiday, bonus and potential health insurance after 3 months.
