Field Communications Lead

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for aligning local and regional objectives with global business goals in the area of field communication by developing, implementing and executing communication strategy, managing field communication team (internal and external) and planning budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing, and supervising  execution of field communication strategy and action plan based on marketing, sales and omnichannel plans
• Planning and delivering communication strategy to the Field ( to Avon’s Representatives)
• Making sure the Representatives database is correctly segmented in order to target communication  activities appropriately
• Collaborating with Omnichannel and Marketing teams on defining the right communication segments
• Set up of the campaigns on the marketing automation platform ( Oracle Eloqua)
• Preparing briefs for newsletters for Creative Studio, cooperation with graphic designers to deliver high quality assets
• Downloading reports from Eloqua and analyzing achieved results ( OR, CTR)
• Posting content on the closed FB Group
• Crafting engaging narrative

Requirements:

• MA degree
• At least 2 years of Experience in providing sales support communications
• Experience in managing internal team or external agency
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Practical experience in creating automation and e-mail marketing campaigns
• Creativity in finding solutions and the ability to think analytically
• Ability to create the marketing campaign brief
• Fluent English
• Excellent writing skills (Polish and English)
• Very good presentation skills, ability to influence others
