What you'll be doing:

Tracks all expense reports not complying with company standards
Research and resolve outstanding employees account balance

Key responsibilities:

• Tracks all expense reports not complying with company standards
• Research and resolve outstanding employees account balances
• Collaborate with System and Key Stakeholders
• Processes expense reports in internal systems
• Handle employees queries; monthly employee account reconciliation
• Reviews all expense reports
• Documents exception to the travel policy
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Month-end closing for US GAAP/RAP books:
• Control on the BS accounts 
• Controlling and preparation Accruals, Adjustments for US GAAP/RAP reporting
• Analysis of debt’s aging 
• Control  the process of reconciliation with employees
• Knowledge sharing with group team.
