Position Summary / Job Purpose: The Sr. Associate, Design manages and coordinates architectural design work for newbuild, revitalization or refurbishment projects. Plans, manages, and guides design while cross-coordinating and sharing best practices effectively between external architectural, interior design and consultancy firms worldwide, guiding the design they provide. C ollaborates with brand representatives, external design firms, shipyards, and outfitters worldwide to meet the design intent while maintaining budget and meeting brand aspirations. He/she will review drawings/proposals, recommend decisions, and provide innovative solutions and ideas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
