MISSION:
Enhance the presence of adidas at the point of sale through local adaptations of our fix and features and the development of communication elements that support the sale of the brand's products and increase brand awareness.

FEATURES:
• Designing retail spaces for the brand attending to the policies established by Global.
• Study of spaces for customers to propose the best location and area dedicated to our brand.
• Continuous contact with adidas International for guidelines and requirements of the company in terms of brand image, proposed materials and suppliers.
• Negotiation, planning and management with local vendors to get the best alternative to global requirements both in terms of quality, pricing, and implementation timelines.
• Planning facilities to give visibility to the Commercial and Management team, in terms of cost and schedule.

• Ensure project members and senior management are informed of risks in a timely manner and ensure that decisions are made at the right level to keep the project on track
• Forecast and reporting status CAPEX and OPEX investment budget.
• Establishing and managing the store maintenance process to identify maintenance events to its resolution considering seamless communication to stores/visual merchandiser team, event tracking, reporting and costs management.

• Elevate our image in the key doors.

• Timeliness of the development of projects for key clients.
• No. implanted SIS
• Meet the budget CAPEX
• Positioning of spaces vs competition

  • Suppliers of furniture and storage
  • Furniture installers
  • Development agencies Furniture and creative agencies
  • Clients (retail managers)


Profile of skills:

• Communication skills, planning, supplier management and negotiation.
• Feats of coordination and teamwork.
• Strong initiative and mind open to new challenges and changes, flexibility to adapt to a working environment constantly evolving.
• Passion for fashion and sport.

• Strong sense of responsibility
• English: intermediate level - High imperative.
• Computing:
  • MANDATORY: Advanced user of Microsoft Office
  • MANDATORY: Advanced User Autocad
  • SketchUp and Photoshop recommended.


Education and Experience Requirements:

• Engineering in Industrial Design, Interior Design Degree or Technical Architecture.
• 3 years of previous experience in design of spaces and 1 year of experience in RSM / Trade Marketing, preferably in sports sector, fashion or consumer.
• Knowledge of Retail desirable channel.
