We are thrilled to announce we are Hiring Customer Experience Service Excellence Representatives to the team. This role will be based in beautiful St Petersburg FL and will report to the Manager, Customer Care.

Job Summary: In this role you will provide customer service to a diverse group of assigned beauty professionals, salons and individual stylists as well as internal Salon Centric stakeholders utilizing the portfolio of L'Oreal Professional Product brands and partner brands represented by SalonCentric. You will work with the latest technology offering state of the art customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Research issues and bring resolution to complex situations using technology, sound judgment and excellent follow-through ability within established standard operating procedures and guidelines for customer service policy.

• Uses strong customer service ability to provide value added services and resolving cases in a timely and accurate manner.

Things You're Skilled In:
  • Mosaic, Salesforce, SAP experience preferred
  • Fluent oral and written English a must, fluent oral and written Spanish skills preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Must possess good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within department protocols. Demonstrates an enthusiasm and interest for all assigned tasks
  • Ability to create professional and empathetic experience
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software
  • Data Entry experience required
  • Able to handle a high volume of tasks, inquiries and difficult issues with tact and professionalism
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Must have long-term authorization to work in the U.S
