Additional Information: 5 openings available. PacificPine Sports is looking for passionate basketball coach who loves coaching youth basketball and is passionate about player & program development to fill the role of Director of Basketball Operations and Head Basketball coach. Reporting to the General Manager, Director of Basketball Operations / Head Coach will provide international standard coaching services to clients and is responsible for the overall success of their respective program. He or she will manage their own schedule and that of the coaches under his or her leadership, delivering quality instruction that meets a consistently high standard and exceeds the expectations of the clients. Director Of Basketball Operations/ Head Coach will also be required to effectively communicate with International School Partners, creating a year-round schedule that balances player, school team and community development. This role will have additional responsibilities including but not limited to the planning, development and activation of the basketball programs within our school partnerships and managed facilities. The position will require a minimum of 25hrs per week of on-court coaching and plus administrative and management duties. During the school year, coaches can expect a 6 day work week.
