Junior Project Manager Order Execution
With core tasks: Take over the order from the quotation team and is then responsible for technical clarification, project planning in one of our project planning tools and coordination with everyone involved.

- For our SIVACON switchgear, which is manufactured in several factories worldwide, you will clarify order-specific tasks with those involved in the project, e.g. customers, suppliers, construction, and order processing.
- You develop engineering solutions and check the technical feasibility of our customer requirements.
- Due to global customers and individual requirements, your work is multifaceted and diverse.
- You conduct technical clarification meetings in English and if possible, also in German.
- You create production-ready circuit documents according to customer or project planning specifications, coordinate these with the project manager, indicate any resulting changes and incorporate them into the project planning tool.
- You check existing technical solutions for suitability and possible applications and determine them. You ensure compliance with standards, regulations and quality guidelines and check the device selection with regards to the function and design.
- As the technical contact person for the orders, you coordinate appointments with the departments, obtain technical descriptions, compile them and, if necessary, supplement missing documents, thus ensuring timely and optimal order processing.
- You name and verify the plausibility of additional engineering costs and actively support order processing in change management.
What should you bring with you?
- Completed specialist vocational training and/or University degree in Engineering or equivalent with focus on Electrical
- Good knowledge and experience around the area of low-voltage switchgear technology such as the basics of switching, protecting, distributing in low-voltage networks
- You are familiar with using CAE systems such as EPLAN P8
- Willingness to travel to our customers and plants
- Good English skills. Good knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Within the scope of the work you're doing, you proceed on your own initiative or independently
- You enjoy working in a team and think economically and solution oriented
