X-GOLF GOLF PRO/INSTRUCTOR

Day to day operations at the facility and bar. Golf lesson sales, teaching, and development as well as oversight of year around golf leagues, club fitting, and retail sales.

Demonstrated leadership including experience coaching and developing direct reports.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a teaching professional
Proven record of providing superior member/guest service and staff training and development.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Sales experience preferred.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Assist with managemnet of staff and day to day operations of the facility. Golf lesson sales, teaching and development, as well as the oversight of year round golf leagues. Management and collaboration regarding the golf shop for club fitting and retail sales. Additional responsibilties include overseeing facility and bar depending on availability.
