The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site. About the role Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a Chef de Partie for NIGHT SHIFT only , who will be responsible for executing culinary creations with precision and creativity, and will join our beautiful culinary team. What you will do To supervise and coordinate the preparation of food items as per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. To supervise and coordinate the activities of the pastry employee/s engaged in preparation of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, coffee breaks, plated function and dinner food items, across the various meal periods. To participate in the production of said items following the standards set by the Executive Chef/Restaurant Chef. To keep fellow employees motivated by creating a positive work environment. To plan production for the department according to the needs of the hotel and cold/hot kitchen. To maintain B.E.O. paperwork and order the proper amount of supplies and product needed for the daily operation. To ensure the correct and approved recipe are distributed to the fellow employees. What you bring E xclusive availability for night shifts: commitment to working exclusively during nighttime hours, requiring candidates to be prepared for overnight shifts in the culinary environment. B achelor's degree or equivalent culinary certification Requires several years of experience working in professional kitchens.
