As an Analyst or Associate within our Equity Research team, you will have the opportunity to work with our top-ranked team, guided by senior Equity Research analysts. You will be analyzing and interpreting company data, promoting financial models, and deriving stock-market valuations. This role offers you the chance to develop your skills and make a significant impact in the financial market.

Our EMEA Equity Research franchise is grouped by sector expertise and aims to provide actionable ideas and thematic insights that empower our institutional clients make well-informed and strategic investment decisions. We bring clarity to complex situations through sector knowledge and understanding of global markets. We partner with Sales and Trading teams globally to deliver timely thought leadership and build strong relationships with external clients as well as corporate management teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • You are a qualified chartered accountant (ACA/CA or equivalent)
  • You know how to build financial models or at least understand the principles needed to build one
  • Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
  • You are good at communicating concepts and ideas, also via documentation, and you are keen to defend their validity and tailor messages to different audiences
  • You demonstrate quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • You think strategically and creatively when faced with problems and opportunities. You always look for new ways of doing things
  • You bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail


This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
