Who we are:
The Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at the University of Notre Dame is a research center dedicated to reducing poverty and improving lives in the United States through evidence-based programs and policies.

Duties

Project Management of System Development and Process Design–Lead the selection of LEO systems related to project management, customer relationship management, marketing automation, file & data storage systems, and research platforms. Establish and document best practices, develop policies, and detail processes related to platforms; data transfer, storage, and security; quality assurance; reporting; and access.
System Implementation, Optimization, and Support–Ensure the successful build out, implementation, optimization, and integration of LEO’s systems. Provide ongoing support for LEO systems, including needs assessment(s), optimization, technical support, documentation, data quality management, development of and support for reporting, and the facilitation of escalation with relevant system support teams.
Quality Assurance, Tracking, and Metrics–Develop and meet the tracking and reporting needs of the LEO team across all systems. Own quality assurance and internal audits on strategic planning metrics, core processes, and related systems. Make recommendations regarding ongoing systems maintenance, utilization, and improvements, responding to industry trends and best practice.
System Support and Training–Provide ongoing training and support for the LEO team to drive utilization, data quality, efficiency, and consistency across our platforms.
System Liaison–In partnership with the Notre Dame Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Arts & Letters Computing (ALCO).

Qualifications

A deep commitment to the mission of both LEO and the University
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Sciences, related fields, or commensurate experience.
Five or more years of relevant work experience, including a working knowledge of operational softwares related to project management, customer relationship management, file and database management, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft suite and Google applications
Detail-oriented, logical, and highly organized
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs, facilitating a prompt response to requests
Ability to map complex systems, identify priorities and pain points, and develop clear and efficient systems
Ability to communicate complex systems in a way that is easily understood by non-experts

Salary

Up to $80,000
