This role is based in Singapore and responsible for supporting the Disney+ Lifecycle and Retention team across Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong.

This role is part of the Retention & Lifecycle team and is responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns across direct communication channels including email, push and in-app.
  • Collaborating with the team on planning and development of a marketing calendar.
  • Working with creative teams to get assets for campaigns.
  • Briefing creative agency on copy angles.
  • Deliver test and learn scenarios that can drive actionable insights for future optimisation.
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for optimisation.
  • Collaborating with the Lifecycle team in identifying opportunities to drive business metrics.
  • Champion new customer engagement and retention techniques / approaches.
  • Working with regional lifecycle leads on automated campaigns ideation, rollout and maintenance.
  • Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas.


Internship Requirements:
  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma.
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024.

Requirements:
  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
  • Basic understanding of marketing and subscription business is a plus
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines.
  • Structured and detail oriented - excellent level of accuracy.
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mind-set.
  • A self-starter capable of working independently, but also as part of a team.
  • Fluency & strong writing and speaking ability in Chinese and English is required.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
