Location New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Description: World-Class GI Care: Clinical Coordinators Make It Possible Clinical Program Coordinator - (GI) Gastrointestinal NewYork-Presbyterian is one of the nation's most comprehensive academic health care delivery systems, dedicated to providing the highest quality, most compassionate care to patients in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the globe. Set a new bar in personalized care -- from diagnosis to treatment -- by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches. The Clinical Program Coordinator will support general GI. In this role, Coordinators will connect with new patients to ensure timely access to the program and coordinate all necessary appointments. Following patients' initial visit with their provider, the Coordinator will make sure patients are adhering to their plan of care and facilitate patient hand-off to referring providers as needed. This is a hybrid position, working 4 days on-site and 1 day remotely. Preferred Criteria
